Nick Clements, 22, the original drummer from Binyah, a band featuring Brian Bassett and Tristan Forgash, is now the lead vocalist for the band 3rdOpinion. Born in the small town of Midland, MI on July 17, 1985, Nick was a happy child. Though music was always a part of his life, he never really found a passion for it until the last few years of high school. Starting as a drummer Nick eventually progressed to playing the guitar, signing and the piano. With a kind heart and a gentle soul, Nick does his best to keep the band together, and to tries ensure that they always put their best foot forward for their adoring fan. But with a guy like Kell in your band, that is a monstrous task.

Nick Kell, 24, the bands lead guitarist and frequent womanizer. Born in Downtown Detroit, MI, like literally right there on the sidewalk, on September 5, 1983, Kill was a troublesome child. Always late for class, never turning in his homework, and torturing kittens. While Kell may share several of the same traits as Nick, he would definitely be considered the darker version of Nick Clements, also probably the dumber. While many vulgar words come to mind to describe Kell there is bound to be a few good things to say about him… and we will let you know what they are as soon as we discover one. It possible that he could be seen as the yin to Nick’s yang, but really a band of 2 is pretty lame, so he is kept around for pure numbers.
For all you ladies out there Kell would like you to ignore the above paragraph and know that he likes long walks on the beach, romantic candle lit dinners, and cuddling.

Third Opinion, 19, is the bands second guitarist and drummer. Born in Toronto, Canada, on February 14, 1989, Third is the innocents of the band. While Third’s name is Third Opinion it is unrelated to the band’s Name of 3rdOpinion, the band did not name the band after Third, it was just a coincidence. At times Third may seem stupid, but that’s just his Canadian roots showing. Third is like a sweet child. Being the youngest member of the band is hard at times for Third, but being Canadian is harder. He enjoys giving his bank account number to overseas royalty so they can deposit his lottery winnings from all his e-mails, though he has yet to see a single penny of it. Infact, somehow as a result his bank account always seems to be empty. Although he hasn’t seemed to put the two together yet. (There may be a possibility that Kell has something to do with it.) Third likes cats, hats, but not baseball bats as Kell once chased him around with one for an hour. Third was Kell’s roommate before they met Nick and joined the band. Third loves being in the band probably even more than Nick or Kell, though Kell really doesn’t care one way or another. Third is just happy to be a part of something so great.
